A: supersaw bass · B: vocal
Turn it up and the bass takes on the vocal's mouth shapes. The sub stays clean.
Drag the knob (or use the arrow keys). Real renders of GRAFT v2.1 at every 10%, loudness-matched to A; the player blends the two nearest as you turn.

Your bass keeps its notes and its groove, and wears a vocal's mouth, on the insert. Not a crossfade.
GRAFT separates each sound into a colour (its body) and a source (its notes and rhythm), and shows A, B and the result live.

MORPH, TALK, HAUNT or GLIDE decide what moves where. TALK adds five vowels for a talkbox on demand.

HALO puts space around the graft: a short tight room, a long lush hall or a bright dense plate.

Most "morph" plugins are a crossfade: two sounds at once, one getting quieter while the other gets louder. GRAFT splits every sound into a colour (its body, its formants) and a source (its notes, harmonics and rhythm), and moves one onto the other. Flip the player at the top to Plain crossfade and hear the difference.
One sound becomes the other. The first half of the knob moves B's colour onto A, the second half hands over the source. The middle is a real hybrid, not a mix.
A keeps its notes and rhythm and wears B's mouth. A voice on B is a talkbox. Drums on B and it pumps in their tone. Five vowels, U O A E I, blend into B's shape when you want a vowel on demand.
The reverse transplant. A keeps its body, and B's notes and rhythm move in underneath it.
A's pitch travels to B's before they dissolve. A bass pitch detector that hears down to about 30 Hz keeps it on the note. For sustained sounds and sound design.
A is the track GRAFT sits on. B is whatever you send into its sidechain. 32 presets, named for what to feed them. Five to start with:
Talking Bass
A: a bass. B: a vocal. Result: the bass talks through the vocal's mouth. The sub below 90 Hz stays clean.
Drum Vocoder
A: a pad or chord. B: a drum loop. Result: the pad plays the loop's groove in its own notes.
Vowel Bass AH
A: a bass. B: anything with rhythm. Result: an AH vowel pressed into B's movement.
Ghost Kit
A: any sustained sound. B: a drum loop. Result: the loop, played by A's body.
Sub Swap
A: your bass. B: another bass. Result: only the lows trade: B's sub under A's top.
Want B's tone without its rhythm? Hit CAPTURE while B plays and GRAFT freezes its loudest moment into a still snapshot. The source track can then be muted.
GRAFT at 0 is your track. Not "transparent": the same.
With GRAFT at zero (and FORMANT, FOLLOW and HALO at rest), the output nulls against your dry track to −136 dB. There's no hidden colouring: every change you hear is one you asked for.
MORPH, TALK and HAUNT don't resynthesise your audio. They reshape your track's own frequency content with its own exact phases, which is why the notes stay in tune and the transients stay where they were. 55 automated test cases and 725,077 checks run on every build.

GRAFT is a two-input effect. A is the track it sits on; B is whatever you send into its sidechain. Your DAW has to be able to send a sidechain into an effect. Ableton Live is where it was tested.
It has 2048 samples of latency (about 43 ms at 48 kHz). Your DAW compensates it on playback, but it's not built for live monitoring through the plugin.

It isn't. There's no license key to paste: download, install, play. No iLok either.
The Windows build isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn once: More info, then Run anyway.
