Low End Candy is operated by Fare Soldi, 2003 S. El Camino Real, Suite 223, Oceanside, CA 92056. This policy covers lowendcandy.com, our digital products, and the text messages we send.
1. Information we collect
- Name, email, and billing details you provide.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe (never full card numbers).
- Your mobile number and your text-message consent, if you opt in to texts (see section 4).
- Automatic usage data via cookies and analytics.
2. How we use it
- Process orders and deliver Products.
- Provide customer support.
- Send order emails and opt-in marketing emails.
- Send the text messages you opted in to.
- Improve the site and prevent fraud.
3. Email marketing
Marketing email is opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to texts from Low End Candy, for example through the chat on our Text Us page, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (the date, time and page where you opted in). We use them only to send the messages you agreed to: replies to your questions, order and support help, and, if you separately opted in, promotional texts about new releases and deals.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full terms are in section 14 of our Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the platform that delivers our messages, is permitted. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers (Stripe, email, hosting, messaging) and where required by law. Your mobile number and text-message consent are never shared for marketing (see section 4).

9. California (CCPA)

We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission is 100% secure.

This site is not intended for anyone under 16.

If we update this policy, we will post the new date.
