Install it, run it on your own sessions, and if it doesn't earn a permanent place in your chain, email support@lowendcandy.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions, no hoops, no form to fill out.
This guarantee applies to every plugin purchase, including any made during the brief period between 26 August and 2 September 2026 when plugin sales were listed as final.
Courses and coaching
Courses keep the guarantee stated on their own page at the time you bought: Bass Camp is 30 days, the Collective is a 7-day window from the start of your first period. Email us inside that window and we will refund it.
Sample packs, presets, racks, MIDI and project files
Also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. If a rack, sample pack, MIDI pack, preset or project file isn't what you expected, email support@lowendcandy.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. Same deal as the plugins — no questions, no form.
Outside the window, we still refund when it's our fault
Even after 14 days, or on a subscription period already paid for, email support@lowendcandy.com and we will refund you in full if:
- the product will not download, install or authorise, and we cannot fix it;
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy;
- you bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it yet;
- the product is materially not what this site described it to be.
Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Subscriptions
CRUX Chords is billed as a subscription. You can cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Free products
Free downloads carry no charge and therefore no refund. If a free product will not install or download, email us and we will fix it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we process it, your bank typically takes a few business days to post the credit — that timing is set by your bank, not by us.
