1. Agreement to terms
By purchasing and accessing any product sold under the Producer Operating System name on lowendcandy.com, including the Producer Operating System program ("the Program") and the Producer's First Client Kit ("the Kit"), together "the Products", you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. They apply to these Products only; everything else we sell is covered by our general Terms and Returns & Refunds page.
2. Products and access
- Producer Operating System ($297): a business system including 9 core automation modules, CRM setup, outreach frameworks, execution templates, and all future updates. Lifetime access is granted on purchase.
- Producer's First Client Kit ($27): a standalone automation toolkit including the Google Maps Lead Scraper, Google Search Lead Finder Automation, Make.com blueprint, instructional video, and email templates. Lifetime access is granted on purchase.
3. 30-day conditional refund policy
We stand behind the effectiveness of our Products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the conditions below. This is a conditional guarantee, not an unconditional, no-questions-asked refund.
To qualify for a refund you must show that you made a genuine, good-faith effort to implement the automation system(s) as instructed, at a reasonable scale, and that the system did not produce results. You must provide:
- Proof that you set up and configured the automation(s) as shown in the instructional materials (for example, screenshots of your Make.com scenario, connected integrations, and active automation runs).
- Evidence that you ran the automation at scale: a minimum of 50 unique outreach messages sent through the system over a period of at least 14 consecutive days.
- Documentation showing the outreach messages were properly personalized and sent to relevant, valid business contacts (not test emails or invalid addresses).
- A written summary of the steps you took, the volume of outreach, and the results (or lack of results) you observed.
How to ask: send your request in writing within 30 days of the purchase date, with all the documentation above, to support@lowendcandy.com. Incomplete requests that are missing the required evidence will not be processed.
Right to refuse: we may deny a refund request that does not meet the requirements above. Requests will be refused if (a) the automation was not set up correctly as instructed; (b) the system was not used at the required scale; (c) insufficient documentation is provided; or (d) there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or bad-faith use of this policy. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
What does not qualify:
- Buying the product and not using it.
- Setting up the automation but not running it at the required scale.
- Running the automation incorrectly or with an incomplete configuration.
- Asking for a refund without the required proof of implementation.
- Dissatisfaction with the product concept after purchase, without attempting implementation.
4. Intellectual property
All product content, including videos, documents, templates, automation blueprints, frameworks, and methodologies, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own professional development and business operations. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of product materials with third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
5. Disclaimer of guarantees
While we believe in the effectiveness of our Products, individual results will vary based on effort, implementation quality, market conditions, geographic location, niche selection, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, client acquisitions, revenue figures, or career results from using any of our Products. Any income examples, case studies, or testimonials shown on our website or marketing materials represent individual results and are not guarantees of your performance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Low End Candy and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any of our Products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.
7. Third-party services
Our Products may require or recommend third-party services including Make.com, Google services, email providers, and CRM platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, terms of service, or functionality of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Your continued access to a Product after a change means you accept the revised terms. Please review them from time to time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
