These Low End Candy Terms govern your use of lowendcandy.com and our digital products, downloads, courses, lessons and services ("Products"). By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.

Low End Candy sells digital products for music producers — sample packs, presets, loops, MIDI packs, Ableton racks, project files, and education. Contact: support@lowendcandy.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16, or your country's digital age of consent, whichever is higher.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your login security and all activity on your account.
4. Purchases
Prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
5. Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally. Most include lifetime access. Please back up your files.
6. Refunds
Paid plugins (Preverb, Slingshot, Anvil and the bundle): 14-day money-back guarantee. If a plugin does not earn a place in your workflow, email support@lowendcandy.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked. CRUX Chords is billed as a subscription and is covered by the subscription terms on our Returns & Refunds page instead.
All other paid one-time digital products - sample packs, presets, racks, MIDI packs, project files and tools - are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Courses and coaching keep the guarantee stated on their own sales page at the time of purchase (Bass Camp: 30 days; the Collective: a 7-day window). Free downloads carry no charge and so no refund.
Regardless of the above, we refund in full where a product will not download, install or authorise and we cannot fix it; where you were charged twice; where you bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it; where a product is materially not as described; and anywhere your local consumer law requires it. 7. License
Your use of Content is governed by our License Agreement.
8. Acceptable use
- No reselling, redistributing or sharing of raw files.
- No reverse-engineering.
- No unlawful use.
9. Intellectual property
All content and Products are owned by Low End Candy or its licensors. A purchase grants you a license, not ownership.
10. Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party sites or products, including affiliate links.
11. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is", without warranties or guaranteed results.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the Product at issue.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
