These Low End Candy Terms govern your use of lowendcandy.com and our digital products, downloads, courses, lessons and services ("Products"). By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Low End Candy sells digital products for music producers — sample packs, presets, loops, MIDI packs, Ableton racks, project files, and education. Low End Candy is operated by Fare Soldi, 2003 S. El Camino Real, Suite 223, Oceanside, CA 92056. Contact: support@lowendcandy.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16, or your country's digital age of consent, whichever is higher.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your login security and all activity on your account.
4. Purchases
Prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
5. Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally. Most include lifetime access. Please back up your files.
6. Refunds
Paid plugins (Preverb, Slingshot, Anvil, GRAFT, Premix and the bundle): 14-day money-back guarantee. If a plugin does not earn a place in your workflow, email support@lowendcandy.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked. CRUX Chords is billed as a subscription and is covered by the subscription terms on our Returns & Refunds page instead.
All other paid one-time digital products - sample packs, presets, racks, MIDI packs, project files and tools - are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Courses (Bass Camp and Bass Camp + The Season) are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Where a course purchase carries manufacturer student/education discounts, enrolling in that discount also enrolls you directly in the multi-month program those discounts belong to, verified and issued by our manufacturer partners at the time of purchase - a step we cannot undo once it has been sent, although your payment to us is still refunded within the 14 days. The Collective keeps the guarantee stated on its own sales page at the time of purchase (a 7-day window). Free downloads carry no charge and so no refund.
Regardless of the above, we refund in full where a product will not download, install or authorise and we cannot fix it; where you were charged twice; where you bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it; where a product is materially not as described; and anywhere your local consumer law requires it. 7. License
Your use of Content is governed by our License Agreement.
8. Acceptable use
- No reselling, redistributing or sharing of raw files.
- No reverse-engineering.
- No unlawful use.
- No using Premix with music or other material you do not have the right to use (see section 15).
9. Intellectual property
All content and Products are owned by Low End Candy or its licensors. A purchase grants you a license, not ownership.
10. Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party sites or products, including affiliate links.
11. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is", without warranties or guaranteed results.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the Product at issue.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
14. Text messages (SMS)
Low End Candy (Fare Soldi) sends text messages only to people who opt in. These terms apply to them.
- What you get: replies to questions you send us; order, license, download and support help; and, only if you tick the separate promotional box, texts about new releases, sales and discount codes.
- How to opt in: start a chat on our Text Us page, enter your mobile number and tick the consent box for the messages you want. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@lowendcandy.com.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
15. Premix and other people's music
Premix finds a song you search for and fetches its audio from the web onto your own computer, where it works out the key and tempo, can split the stems, and puts the result in your project. Premix does not host, store or distribute any song, and we do not own the songs it finds.
- Your responsibility. Use Premix only with music you have the right to use. The files it makes are for your own sessions, practice, learning and reference. Releasing, performing, posting or selling something made from a song can need permission from its rights holders (a license or sample clearance). Getting that permission is your responsibility.
- Third-party terms. The audio comes from services such as YouTube, which have their own terms. YouTube's terms limit downloading content except through its own features. You are responsible for following the terms of any service you use with Premix and the laws that apply to you. Where they do not allow a use, do not use Premix for it.
- Buy Full Quality. This mode downloads nothing. It links you to stores where you can buy the track (for example Qobuz, the iTunes Store, Beatport and Bandcamp).
- No affiliation. Song titles, artwork and names belong to their owners. Low End Candy is not affiliated with YouTube or with any artist, label or store.
Copyright notices
If you are a rights holder and believe Premix is being used in a way that infringes your rights, email support@lowendcandy.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and tell us: the work, where you believe it is being used, how to reach you, that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder. We read every notice and reply.
