This Agreement governs your use of Low End Candy digital Content, including sample packs, loops, one-shots, presets, racks, MIDI packs, project files, and software plugins (VST3/AU).
1. Software plugins
Plugin purchases grant a perpetual, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on machines the purchaser owns; the license key must not be shared, resold or published; reverse-engineering is not permitted; all future updates are included.
2. Your license
You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, lifetime license to use the Content to create your own original music ("Productions"). You may:
- Use samples, loops, presets, and MIDI in commercial and non-commercial Productions.
- Release Productions on streaming, for sale, in sync/licensing, and client work — royalty-free, with no further fees to Low End Candy.
- Modify, chop, pitch, and process the Content within your Productions.
3. What you cannot do
- Resell, repackage, give away, or redistribute the Content as samples, loops, presets, MIDI, or sound libraries.
- Upload raw Content to sample libraries, sharing sites, or AI training datasets.
- Claim authorship of the Content itself.
- Share your account, downloads, or files.
4. MIDI and chords
MIDI is usable freely within your Productions. Do not redistribute the MIDI files as a pack.
5. Project files and racks
Licensed for personal production and learning. Do not redistribute as templates or devices.
6. Ownership
Low End Candy retains ownership of the Content. You own your original Productions.
7. Termination
This license lasts indefinitely as long as you comply. Violations — especially redistribution — terminate it.
